Small, idyllic village, Grad, underneath the ski resort Krvavec, is where our home is.

Our location- only 2 km from the cable car to Krvavec and 7 km from the Joze Pucnik Airport, with the Kamnik Alps giving us a nice shelter- creates the perfect starting point for skiers, bikers, hikers and others.

We offer 6 modern, nicely furnished apartments, heated with firewood, which offers a feeling of domesticity and a sense of pleasant wellbeing.

Each apartment has a bathroom, toilette, AC, satellite TV, free internet access, telephone and an atrium or balcony.

Additional facilities include sauna, wellness, fitness, fireplace lounge, terrace with an outside fireplace and barbecue.

We also have a big country room, where guests can meet, chat, as well as prepare barbecue on an open fire.

A spacious, free parking lot is located in front of the apartments.

The surroundings offer numerous possibilities for hiking, skating, biking and paragliding and the nearby forest gives you the chance to relax and enjoy the nature to the fullest.
